Review: I had my vehicle towed there on 1/**/15.(It has been there 1 month this coming [redacted]) it took him 2 weeks to begin to work on it. The replacement engine was suppossed to be there last [redacted](2/**).The [redacted] said it shouldn't take more than 1 week to put the new engine in. The last time I called the owner said "I'll let you know when the engine gets here,and when it's done."which she didn't let me know it got there. I am missing out on interviews because I don't have a way to get to them.Desired Settlement: FINISH AND GIVE ME MY CAR.

This complaint is about a delivery issue that we had no control over. After calling [redacted] on 1/** to tell her what was wrong with her vehicle she said she needed time to decide what she was going to do, have us order a used engine, a remanufactured engine or get an engine for it herself and just have us install it. On 2/[redacted] called me and told me she ordered an engine and it would be delivered to us on 2/**, at no point was tracking information provided to us. The first contact we had with anyone on the delivery was on 2/** when [redacted] called to set up the delivery for 2/**. I spoke to [redacted] on 2/** and told her the delivery was set up for the next day. We called her on 2/** to tell her the vehicle was completed and ready for pick up and it is still at our facility. When we order parts directly we have the ability to check the status of them but when a customer orders parts directly and we are not provided tracking information we have no control over the delivery process.
