Review: When I called to ask them if I could have my car looked at - they informed me that I had a bill for over $160. When they looked into more detail - they realized that the bill was not mine - but my parents bill. I am making payments on a 2006 [redacted] and my parents car is a 2003 [redacted]. I had asked since it was not my bill, if they could fix that and put it onto my parents account, where it should be. I was told no that there was nothing I could do about it. That I would have to pay for a bill that was mistakenly put onto my account. I told them that I didn't believe I should have to pay for a bill for work that was never done to my car. I was told to just tell my parents to pay the bill on my account, that they could not do anything else to help meDesired Settlement: I would like them to fix the mistake that they made. If I was estranged from my parents, I would be stuck with this bill to pay for because of their mistake. They need to pay closer attention to what they are doing and put the correct bill onto the correct vehicle. Because of this, once my car is paid off I will never get a car from them - nor will I recommend them ever again
