[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I was very upset and appalled to read that Ashley reported that I had used profanity over the phone, with which I completely disagree. I only wish those phone conversations were recorded. I will fully remove the Yelp review with the expectation of the requested refund.

Dear...
[redacted], In response to you inquiry in this matter, our position, The Hair Stylist involved states a full 20 minute consultation was completed with a 2" opinion from another stylist. The client agree to the process and the results. She seemed to like it enough to leave a $10 tip for the stylist. All was well at that time. We believe something happened after she left the salon, Perhaps she changed her mind which does happen,0r received a negative comment about her hair. Our work is subjective as to what looks good no matter how technically perfect it may be. I have a solutions to the clients complaint. First I did make the decision not to return her call after I was informed she used profanity in her dissatisfaction phone call. Perhaps that was not a good idea, so I do apologize for that fact, Next the client did almost immediately post a poor review on [redacted], an internet review site, and then another on 3.1.15 where she uses my full name rather than simply the business. I am requesting she remove , not edit, those two reviews. - Then we can send her a check for the requested refund. Hoping this resolution is satisfactory. Thank You...Regards - Frank L
