Just wanted to respond back to Mr. ***'s concern, When reservations are made at our location we call the customer as quickly as we can so that we can explain how the the protection plans work and inform customers that most auto insurance carriers will not provide coverage to
rental trucks due to the gross vehicle weight of the truckWe do have several options that a customer can choose from and explain the optionsBy explaining these options the customer has the ability to take a protection plan or cancel the reservation if they so desire. We would rather call customers in advance and inform them of the protection plans so that they have a clear understanding and if they choose to re-book a truck with one of our competitors... As a courtesy we have refunded $back to Mr ***'s credit card to show that provide good will to our customers and take their concerns seriously... We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. ***
