accommodate Ms. [redacted]’s schedule for installation of a new carpet and getting her a better quality carpet at no additional expense to her. We at Franklin Tile are happy to say that all work has been repaired and completed. Due to the inconvenience with the defective carpet, we ate the $940.00 difference in carpet. We also were willing to pay for any damage that we caused that was repaired by another contractor. We were given a verbal number but not a copy of the bill that showed the completed work. Finally, we also offered Ms. [redacted] an additional $400.00 discount for overall inconvenience and goodwill. We at Franklin Tile understand that while things don’t always go as planned, we still try our very best to accommodate issues like this. We are very happy that all issues have been resolved.
