Franklin Sussex Hyundai

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am entitled to a formal apology from Sussex Hyundai. I had to open an investigation at my bank because the deposit was not refunded to me. I had to cancel my debit card because of the fear of your salesman using the number for his own personal gain. I did not feel comfortable with your salesperson because of other pending issues: ie: Professionalism and admittance trying to obtain financing based on Cocaine use with the [redacted] Loan officer. I am appalled that Franklin Sussex Hyundai would think it's even appropriate to allow him the opportunity to call my home. I have yet to receive a formal apology or phone call from the OWNER. I am writing in response to ID [redacted] for Franklin Sussex Hyundai, we had reached out to the customer as we needed there credit card to refund the money on it, she did not feel comfortable giving our sales rep the credit card info and told my general sales manager Aja [redacted] that she stopped...
