Please see the attached letter that was sent to Franklin Golf Car yesterday per the above-referenced complaint Please note that this was after calling on five different days requesting that our refund be given. I placed an order through your company on August 10, 2017. The amount
of $was withdrawn from my bank account on August 11, 2017. On August 15, the above-referenced order was cancelled due to the part being on back order. At that time we were told that the funds would be deposited back into our account within 7-days. It has now been a total of days since we cancelled our order and still have not received our refund. We (both my husband and I) have called a total of times questioning when our return will be processed. Each call consists of the same response: The person in the business office that handles this matter is currently out. I will write your information down and put it on his desk to handle first thing in the morning.This is in direct violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act and I am demanding that you refund the $in reference to the above Order Noimmediately.If you have any questions, please call.Sincerely,***
