Franklin Dental Care and Dentures

Went to Franklin Dental Care for consult on new dentures. Talked to Dentist DR. ***. She said she could help with that. the first question I had asked if the dentures were quaranteed. She stated they were. She said they used different places to make the plates. She ask about insurance which I did not have but I agreed to pay out of pocket. She agreed to lower the cost to $2400.00$1200.oo a plate. I at that time made a payment of $1200.00 on May 09 2019 by credit card. She then made a impression of my mouth. weeks later the plate came back not fitting well. She then made another impression. May 21st $500.00 payment was made by credit card. Returned on June 5th and still they did not fit. Again impression was made. At that time I received someone else lower plate which I still have. On that date a payment for $700.00 was made by credit card payment in full. I made a total of 9 visits and was told the company making the plates would not make them again. ON Oct 21 went in again and was charge $180.00 for alignment and told to come back in three months for another alignment. I went back Feb 19 and was told to come back 0n the 26th. I waited to talk to dentist on the 19 but was told around 3:00 that she left out the back door 20 minutes earlier. I believe after 9 visits and paying for a alignment that enough is enough. I continued for 9 months I have suffered with severe mouth pain and could not properly eat. I have wore dentures for 30 years I think I would know how to wear them by now which she continued to tell me I wasn't wearing them right. I asked many times to just return them but was told she would make the right. I highly stress that time is up. I can not longer to try to make them work. The pain is not worth it. I would like to return the three plates for a refund of full price of $2580.00.
