Frank Azar entered into a auto injury accident contract with me in 2011.
I have not received any correspondence for months either verbally or in writing regarding the status of this case. One of the representatives that called several months ago said that "they had to deal with a person like me again". I take offense to that remark, I am a handicapped male and do not understand why they would discriminate against me for that. The car accident was not my fault and the person who hit me did not have insurance so I called Frank Azar to get help in dealing with the insurance company. The case number with Frank Azar is [redacted]. I have called and faxed [redacted] (Frank Azar assigned rep) and asked for a status but I get NOTHING. I receive no call back, no updates on status, NOTHING. When they originally accepted the case they said that the pain and injury dollar amount recovery would start at $5,000 and all medical bills would be paid by the insurance company. I now have bill collectors to deal with since the medical bills are not being paid and no response from Frank Azar when I fax in the medical statements. NOTHING is done from this business NOTHING.
