Franklin Custom Deck and Fence

I hired Franklin Custom Deck and Fence to build a wood gate for my existing fence and fix portions of my fence that needed new boards, etcWill stated the job would cost $which I paid in fullThe gate was built but in such poor quality it dragged across the ground when being opened and was attached so crooked it could not be latched closedThe rest of my fence was not attempted to be replacedI have since been asking Will to come fix and complete the work since April That is months that he had the opportunity to finish the job Will did stop by mid July on a date and time I didn't not approve and proceeded to break a section of my fence and still not finish the jobWill has given me every excuse in the book as to why he can't finish the jobThis entire process has been the biggest hassle I have ever dealt with for such a seemingly simple projectI would not recommend this business to anyonePlease take your business elsewhere
