March 23, 2016Re: Consumer Complaint #***Received March 14, 2016To Whom It May Concern:The Franklin County Housing Authority's lease requires a move-out notice. The consumer notified us on 02/03/that she was moving; her days would end on 02-17-16. She turned in her keys on
02-09-16. Although her keys were turned in on 02-09-she was charged rent until the end of her days, which was 02-17-16. The amount of rent we credited her account was correct. The apartment was checked out by our Maintenance Supervisor. She was charged one hour cleaning of the bathroom. She was also charged one hour cleaning of the kitchen cabinets and countertops. Therefore, the amount charged for cleaning the apartment is correct. In regard to the clothes line, we cannot determine exactly what this is referring to.
