This is one of the most professional person I have ever done business with. I had order, incorrectly the wrong color of cloth and additionally order new pockets. When Jeff arrived he mentioned to my wife that the cloth should be a wine color not red. Also, indicated he saw no need for us to install new pockets in that the original ones were still in good shape. Also, took time to discuss the condition of our pool cues. At no additional cost to us, Jeff said that he would return on Saturday and bring the correct cloth, and do the final install of the new cloth cover. Integrity is the most important thing any business person can have; and Jeff proved he had such. I would recommend his company and services 100%
