Review: toilet clogged up last thursday, called management, they told me to call maintenanc, which I've done numerous times. They refuse to return calls, I spoke with one guy who said he'd call me back and didn't.Desired Settlement: would like numerous defects repaire, especially toilet.

Franklin Apartment Homes Is dirty they have a lousy relationship with tennents.they do not keep up with Fixing air conditioners,Washers Dryers,or the pool.Too many drug users around here.not a place too bring up Kid`s!The new manager is rude,and the owners are Greedy.After you rent!that`s all you get,don`t complain.or you will get an eviction
