to avoid situations like this one; where a customer says we never serviced when we clearly have a signature. If he didn't want to do the service and lie about it, it would have been easier for him to just omit the signature. Second, you told us on the phone when you talked to us that the technician that was sitting in his truck was a black gentleman. The technician that serviced your home is white, and he claims that you waived to him when you went outside to get the mail while he was servicing your home. I personally feel like you have confused us with some other company that you might have been dealing with. We even offered to come out and retreat your home so you felt like you got the service you paid for. This, of course, was rejected. We take pride in our honesty and when we do make a mistake, we do everything we can to make it right, and we tried to do it in this situation (even though we did nothing wrong). We charged you the amount of the service since that is what you agreed to, and we charged you the early termination fee because you broke the agreement and we told you that it would be charged if you wanted to cancel.
