We're great painters but we aren't the best at email and we obviously missed responding to this complaint. However, we are happy to report that we completed the work in the Fall of 2017 and we have since asked Mr. [redacted] to update his complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
