Frank came to our home over two days the first day taking an hour to find the issue he believes is wrong with the water heater and on the second day two hours late, after showing up he proceeded to work on our water heater, while doing so he noticed that a valve on a pipe leading to the tank was in poor condition and that moving it would break it with disregard or mention to us he proceeded to turn the valve to a place where it would not turn back and therefore he ended up breaking it after doing so he attempted to charge us for time to get the part for the other problem because it apparently "took him a long time" in his wordsalso after that telling us he will be charging us for the valve he broke, after arguing with him he fixed it with out charge, I would not recommend this plumber to any or you'll end up paying too much and with a head ache at the end
