We went to install Mr*** storm door, and found that Andersen (The manufacture of the storm door) had installed the incorrect color in the boxWe informed the customer, and worked with Andersen to get the correct storm door colorAs soon as it came in we tried contacting Mr*** on (11/9/17)
with no responseWe understand it has been a long time, but we cannot do anything about them not putting the correct color in the boxI have talked to the Andersen Representative, and we will install the door with no labor chargeThat is a $valueIf that is not acceptable to Mr*** then we will gladly give him his deposit backWe strive to please every customer, but sometimes it is out of our controlIn this case it was completely out of our handsMichael LC***Owner/PresidentTommy D's Windows, Doors, and More Inc
