I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
They worked it out with me*** took some responsibility for the receiving attendant, and he took the time to explain the inspection process and the kind of inspection that I should've been referred based on my questions/concerns expressed. He assured me that they were not working with Mac Haik at all. I think they demonstrated that they do want to keep their customers, and I'd do business with them again (that is Midas, not Mac Haik who demonstrated that they do not have good business practices in comparison).

I have just been notified of this inquiry On August 16,Store manager (*** ***) contacted Ms*** in regards to her inquiry to Midas International Ms*** and *** spoke for over an hour discussing the visual buyers inspection process and the hand outs given her on
August 6, Ms*** received a refund as agreed and states she is happy with the resolution and explanation, she will return to Midas in the future. Sincerely,*** ** ***PresidentMidas of GeorgetownIH 35Georgetown, Texas
