This complaint is about a delivery issue that we had no control overAfter calling *** *** on 1/** to tell her what was wrong with her vehicle she said she needed time to decide what she was going to do, have us order a used engine, a remanufactured engine or get an engine for it herself and just
have us install itOn 2/** *** *** called me and told me she ordered an engine and it would be delivered to us on 2/**, at no point was tracking information provided to usThe first contact we had with anyone on the delivery was on 2/** when * * * *** called to set up the delivery for 2/** I spoke to *** *** on 2/** and told her the delivery was set up for the next dayWe called her on 2/** to tell her the vehicle was completed and ready for pick up and it is still at our facilityWhen we order parts directly we have the ability to check the status of them but when a customer orders parts directly and we are not provided tracking information we have no control over the delivery process
