I would like this case closedIt is obvious that this business was going to rip me off when I first contacted them about the pressure switch via phone call to ***? and she told me it would cost around $dollars to replace the switchI will do like everyone else and use social media to voice my concerns for this business so that others don't get ripped off. Thanks for proving my point!

I am rejecting this response because: Yes they have offered to fix it for approximately $ The problem is they will loose all of the freon that I have already paid for, In order to fix what *** bypassed on the first visitI am sure the part that needs to be replaced is no where near $500, which means I will be paying labor and a service call for them to fix the unit the correct way which does not seem fair to me. Thanks for your timeTerri
On April 19, Wednesday, Frank's sent *** *** to the home of *** ***He found the roof mounted unit low on refrigerant due to a faulty high pressure switch*** let *** *** know he could bypass the switch so the unit could operate properly, recharge unit with Rrefrigerant and
wired the thermostat properly so heat pump could operate properly. He did let her know that the high pressure switch was unnecessary for the unit to operate, *** was unsure of the availability of the pressure switch due to the age of the roof mounted heat pumpUnit was operating normally when *** left *** ***'s residence. On May 15, *** *** called in with no heat again problem*** went out again and found the defrost relay faulty*** replaced the defrost relay and operated unit on heat We understand *** *** concerns this was two separate issues with her roof mount packed heat pump unitWe did offer to replace the pressure switch, but she did not call us backWe still would like to help *** if she would like us to return, but we did what she asked forAt this time the May 15, service has not been paid for, and we assume her unit is working. Thank You, *** ***
