Review: I went to Frank Van's Auto Tags to transfer a vehicle earlier today. Upon completion of the transaction I was given a total of 224.00. I then handed a credit card to the employee. She infromed me that she could only put 200.00 on my card and I would have to pay the rest in cash. I said fine. She then informed me that there would also be a 7% Credit Card usage charge that would also appear on my credit card. I then asked then why not put the outher 24.00 dollars on the card and she said no. I then asked why there are charging a Credir Card usage charge without informing a potential customers and was told that's th eway it is.I the attempted to cancel the entire transaction but was informed the State Forms are numbered and she coould not. I believe that they cannot charge a Usage Fee and their failure to post their charges where they can be seen if a violation of City and State Law and an extremly poor business pratice.Desired Settlement: I want the improper Usage Fee returned an their polocies clearly posted and an apology.
