I hired Frank Simpson Roofing to install a metal roof with some flat sections - after having him back 3 times because the roof was leaking, I decided to have his work inspected by a home inspector. Quote "this is the worst roofing job I have ever seen". [redacted] promised to come back and fix my roof, however once he learned I had his work inspected. I never heard from him again. I tried calling, texting and no response.
I hired another roofing company and they had to rip off all the work [redacted] had done and we had to start from scratch.
