Review: I took my car in for a detailing october 28. Picked up my car the early morning of friday october 30. Noticed power window buttons felt sticky. Later during daylight, noticed grimy residue on dash, instrument panel shield, and power window/lock buttons. Also noticed mud and dirt inside passenger door running board. No passengers had been in car since pick up. I called the company that day and left message with receptionist. I received no call back. I called again on the following Wednesday and left a message with service manager. I still received no call back. I am upset I paid to have my car cleaned professionally and it was dirtier than when I took it to the company.Desired Settlement: Since I received no call back after my first initial message to company, I cleaned the car myself since the nasty grime and dirt was not only visible bit also felt disgusting. I ask that the company refund me the cost of the detailing since the interior panels of my car were far dirtier than when I took it to them.
