responsibility for a patient's chosen insurance company's change inpolicies. We inquired as to coverage as a courtesy and accurately relayed our findings; she received theservice; and our terms of engagement are clear that she is responsible for the cost s. She is notdispleased with our services; she really is displeased with her insurance company, and frankly, we shareher disappointment.
Nevertheless, we sympathize with Ms. [redacted], and we have written off $36 (SO% of the fee).
