Review: I purchased a tree in May, 2013. I paid for the tree and installation. Within 2 days of installation, the tree began to die. I took pictures and sent them to the owner, [redacted] I spoke to him. He assured me that the tree was just in shock and that there was no guarantee on the tree. He insisted that the tree would come back and refused to come look at it. Throughout the summer, the tree continued to die, and now looks completely dead. I kept updating [redacted] with pictures. He refused to replace the tree and install a new one. He finally agreed that my husband and I could dig up the tree and bring it back and we could get another tree, but that we would have to pay for the installation of the 2nd tree and that there would be no guarantee if the 2nd tree died. It is physically impossible for me and my husband to dig up the tree. I would like another tree in the spot soon, since now is the time to plant. I never heard of a nursery or any other store that sells live plants to not have a guarantee. I would never deal with this business again, and have told many people about it. My neighbors have stopped to ask what happened to my new tree. I don't hesitate to tell them the whole story.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a refund so I can go to a reputable business and purchase a new tree.
