Frank Harrison Asphalt Paving

I used Frank Harrison on my driveway, his price was high but I went with him anyway because I thought I was going to get a quality job.
His guys showed up with the last 30 minutes a daylight left in the day, they started tearing out my old blacktop driveway and stacked it in the street in front of my house and a year and a half later you can see in the street where they stack that mess, the street has a big nasty stain.
The blacktop is so thin I have all kind of shribs growing through the blacktop, and one spot where I don’t even think you had a quarter inch of blacktop you can see holes in it now and the dirt underneath it.
I called and spoke with somebody at Frank Harrison Paving and they told me they would come out and look.
Nobody’s ever showed up to my knowledge knocked on my door and said anything to me. So now I’m gonna have to wait probably another 3 or 4 years pay a real contractor to come in and redo the whole blacktop driveway again, and make sure that they are not a fking scam artist like Frank Harrison Paving.
Now one thing you have to understand is I I had a bunch of Mexicans show up at my house who acted like they didn’t speak any English the whole time I kept addressing concerns with them they just kept ignoring me and doing their thing as they did it in the dark. I don’t have a problem with foreigners doing any work on my house or my property I just want to know that when I am talking to you you understand what I’m saying and you will address my concerns, which the employees at Frank Harrison Paving did not do in anyway shape or form.
I think if you’re gonna hire somebody to pave your driveway do you need to hire people that are responsible for the job they did and then come back and check on it maybe three or six months later and make sure that everything is good which Frank Harrison and his crew never did.
These guys don’t deserve any stars and I can’t recommend them to work on anybody’s property. I wouldn’t let these guys put anything down even for my dogs to walk on that’s how disgusted I am with them.
If you see Frank Harrison Paving coming slam the door or run in the opposite direction.

They did a great job! Ken H. provided great customer service with attention to the details. I already recommended them to someone in my neighborhood who stopped to look at my new driveway!

I had the old driveway removed to be widen. To have the driveway leveled by the garage doors. As I was standing outside on the deck I heard the one guy say to the guy removing the old driveway “stop wire”. I asked “is everything ok?” The supervisor said “ya”. After the driveway was finished we tried using the electric in the garage & it doesn’t work. I told the owner Frank about it. He said “we didn’t do anything & said he hit a pipe”. I said “there was never ever an issue with electric not working in the garage”. Even since I was a kid never ever an issue with the electric in the garage. My electrician agrees they did something by hitting something. I’ve told people I don’t know & agree they did something to it. Also there are dips forming in the driveway that needs to be fixed. I paid $12,000 to get this done. I did feel pressured getting it done too. I wish I had someone else do the job.
