I'm a independent service tech I was asked by selina who works for fitnes Smith to set up 2 treadmills and a elliptical to the internet and then send them a bill. I provided the service I sent fitness smith my bill $80 they emailed me back asking for a W9 I sent them that. Now they are asking to be on my auto insurance which is out of line. I'm not trying to be a contractor for them I just want to be paid
