I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***While it is true that the manager has contacted me once via telephone, the message he left with my wife simply stated that "my part was in." Since I'd already told him that I would neither be bringing my saw back to him for repair nor paying him for a part that I shouldn't have needed in the first place, I saw no reason to call him backHad he made an attempt to rectify the situation, I would have spoken with him, but the message he left and tone that he used left no indication that he intended to work with meWhile I'm not at all satisfied with this business or their response, I don't believe it is a situation that can be remediedI will continue to believe that Trux Outfitters does shoddy work and provides inadequate serviceI will not be recommending them to anyone that I know
