Ms [redacted] of Frank Foster Construction is very deceptiveI entered into a contract with her on May 18,after which she stated had applied for permits on May 20,Not True >Stop Work OrderI specified what model cabinets I expected in contractMy Friend caught her with an off the shelf cabinets I had to stop the installationPermits were denied twice for lack of information , wrong contract amount was declared by her, wrong layout of unit supplied by her, and lack of scope of work to be performedIn good faith I advanced her funds.Approximately 85-90% of contract amountShe left my unit with no kitchen, removed the wrong bathroom , no shower doors in the remodeled bathShe has placed an exaggerated Lien on my property demanding an additional $11,on top of the 85-90% of contracted amountBEWARE of This ContractorI am a senior citizen and she has tried to muscle me into giving her more moneyNow I have a lien and an uninhabitable condo unit She on the other hand has all my MONEYHer handyman Nathan did an incomplete job on my floors

Not True >Stop Work Order. I specified what model cabinets I expected in contract. My Friend caught her with an off the shelf cabinets . I had to stop the installation. Permits were denied twice for lack of information , wrong contract amount was declared by her, wrong layout of unit supplied by her, and lack of scope of work to be performed. In good faith I advanced her funds.Approximately 85-90% of contract amount. She left my unit with no kitchen, removed the wrong bathroom , no shower doors in the remodeled bath. She has placed an exaggerated Lien on my property demanding an additional $11,000.00. on top of the 85-90% of contracted amount. BEWARE of This Contractor. I am a senior citizen and she has tried to muscle me into giving her more money. Now I have a lien and an uninhabitable condo unit . She on the other hand has all my MONEY. Her handyman Nathan did an incomplete job on my floors.
