Frank Fitch Roofing

Review: Mr. Fitch claimed that he has repaired my roof. We have a contract where he was supposed to remove the existing shingles to subroofing & inspect subroofing for damaged wood. Replace any damaged wood found and install felt paper over subroofing. Install shingles over felt paper. 25 year manufacture warrantee 5 year workmanship warrantee (6/2/2010 effective) Install new sofit to rear gutter overhang, install new metal over facial board and install new vent on roof. We have a contract written by Mr. Frank Fitch for guarantee of services.Desired Settlement: I need replacement of my damaged goods( roof has been running in the house through the top floor where 2 bedrooms are and has affected 4 rooms in the house) all beds in that area, clothing, electrical fixtures, ceiling in the living room and 3rd bedroom on the first floor have damage where rain has come in. Paint is peeling off wall in the front bedroom, and water damage to floors and electronics in that area. I have tried to contact Mr. Fitch on several occasions and there has been no resolution to this issue. I want to be compensated for the incomplete work and damages that have been caused by lack of completion of our contract.
