Review: I live out of state from my NY apartment business. Frank Fanelli Heating required that I pay in advance for servicing my Highland NY Apartment Bldg furnace...which I did. He sent a service person to service furnace and discovered that sewer has backed up in cellar and left w/o service. I immediately fixed problem and notified company that problem was fixed and to please service furnace. Three times he told me that he was sending person to apartment building to service furnace but never came. Last Wednesday (11/**/14)I had also a no heat situation and called Frank Fanelli Heating and told him that situation...+ furnace supplies heat to 5 apartments and it was getting cold at night. He promised to service furnace that afternoon but NEVER SHOWED UP. I called him repeatedly that afternoon trying to get him but he never returned my call. A called Effron Fuel (after hours) and they responded on an emergency basis to solve heating problem. (If he required additional $'s I would have paid it) [redacted]Desired Settlement: Service furnace at once. Its very difficult to get a new furnace guy in November.
