I purchased a new/2012 travel trailer from this dealer in June 2014. It was advertised as having a microwave/convection oven. The trailer and immediate support was excellent, but the m/c oven wasn't installed. After a follow up visit in 2014, several phone calls in 2014 and 2015, and several e-mails there still hasn't been any resolution. The response has always been " we ill look into it". I even volunteered to travel to a border customs location to pick up the unit from the manufacturer. I also volunteered to install the unit myself.
