My husband Frank Cimino Flooring to refinish our hardwood floors throughout the entire house. We chose a color, however the stain applied was completely different. After much discussion, the owner, Frank, finally agreed to re-stain . However, the floors were not properly vacuumed and are as a result rough because of the dust particles. Although Frank C[redacted] promised to comeback to resolve the problem, we have not heard from them. This company is a fraud, the owner insolent and negligent, and its employees incompetent.
