Review: I paid Mr. Coyner a month ago for an hour of his time to call a couple places for me to try & resolve some issues & he never called to let me know anything. I called him several times, went to his office, and e-mailed him. He didn't show up for my court date & I've still yet to hear from him. I want my money back for his dishonesty & he didn't provide me any kind of service.Desired Settlement: Full refund on the total amount of money that I paid him for no service at all.

[redacted] came to see me on Monday March the 9th, concerning a garnishment in[redacted] General District Court. I tried to explain to her that there was no actual case scheduledfor that day but only a control date scheduled for April 9th whereby the employer had to havefunds deposited to the Clerk's Office in order to satisfy part of the judgment entered against her.When she came to see me, she said that she never got notice of the actual warrant in debtitself. I told her that if the service was defective, the judgment could probably be set aside. Idon't know whether she ever grasped that concept or not.On April 9th, I appeared in court as did Ms. [redacted]. The court personnel told her thatthere was no garnishment return because she was not making enough money for a garnishment tobe effective. The bailiff handling court that day told me that she did not really seem tounderstand that an appearance by her in person was not required on that day. The only thing Itold her we would do is to inquire with respect to whether or not proper service was obtained onher in the first place.Because of her frustration, I will send her a refund check from my trust account thisweek.Sincerely,Frankie C.
