Review: [redacted], a landscaping contractor was hired based on his submitted written proposal to plant trees on the property. At the time of his planting, in February 2013, I expressed to him that the (6) criptmillia trees he had delivered had brown (instead of green) leaves. At the time he assured me that by May the trees were going to turn green and that as per his quotation, he guaranteed the trees for three years. Should anything happened he would replace them or refund the $1,620 amount (6 X $270 ea.)The trees by May had turned into a full brown color. [redacted], inspected and confirmed that the trees were dead, requiring replacement. Many calls were placed and many promised but unkept appointments were made by [redacted].After numerous calls [redacted] agreed to refund the $1,620. he made an appointment in late July to deliver the payment, but did not show up. Since then he has not returned my calls.The dead trees are still in the property since he planted them.Desired Settlement: Obtain refund from vendor in the amount of $1,620.00
