not a good place to send your love onesthey dont take good personal care.they leave elderly lay in urine and waits 20-30to get on bed panthey feces in ***and half clean them on shower daysmom my still smelled after taking a showertheaid didnt clean hermost times I have to put her on the bedpan when im there they dont answer call lightsthen her personal items started coming up missingshe was left all nite one night with feces on her and the bed til about 1pm when I arrivedand then bedpan with dried feces was left on the back of the toiletit took over for her to get pain medicine
