Just wanted to let you know that someone came out from Fire & Ice today, fixed the thermostat and went over everything with me to make sure that it was user friendly for me and I could control it the way I wanted to and explained how it worked. He also provided me with a letter stating that the...

company owes me heat strips and will install them at my convenience. I was very satisfied with their prompt addressing of my issues. What helped was that [redacted], the person they sent out, was very familiar with the thermostat model we got and he was good at communicating with the non-technology savy person such as myself. Everything is resolved and I think anyone could use this company and know that if there is an issue it will be resolved promptly at no additional cost.
