Franchise Buy

We signed up for lead generation thru FranchiseBuy.com. They violated terms and continue to charge card after cancelling. Will not respond at all.
I have attached the Advertising Agreement between ***'s and FranchiseBuy dated 1/2/19. On the first page it clearly states that the campaign is for 75 leads and the campaign would end whenever those 75 leads had been fulfilled. We paid $1000 to start, and then two other charges for $1000 to fulfill our payment obligation (75 x $40 = $3000). In addition, I provided written notice to our account rep on 5/31/2019 to confirm that we would terminate the agreement and would NOT be moving forward. I don't even think this notice was necessary since it was not auto-renewing, but I did it just to be safe. While the company had previously been responsive, they suddenly did not respond to ANY communication after written termination - to the specific sales rep OR general company contacts. They have also continued to charge our credit card at will for $4000 additional - charges were 7/31/19, 8/28/19, 10/6/19 and 11/22/19. Their behavior is fraudulent and intentional. Any current or future company doing business with ***/FranchiseBuy or their other aliases should be warned.
