Francesco's Ristorante

Review: I visited Francesco's Ristorante on September 25, 2013 with my coworkers after calling in a lunch order . When I arrived I was told that my [redacted] certificate could not be used for take out. I told the cashier/bartender that we could eat there and order appetizers and beverages. Upon my request to eat there I was then told the certificate could not be used for lunch. I had no time to argue with him and decided to split he bill with my coworker and I planned to call the manager later. When I called I was told that the manager worked between 4-6 pm. I called multiple times between those hours but could not reach him. The last person I spoke to took a message and informed me that the website stated that I could not use the certificate either. I told him that I had checked both their website and [redacted] and that the only restriction on the Francesco's site was that the certificate could not be used for "chefs tasting" and I didn't have that item. He took my name and number and told me the manager would call me back. I then called [redacted] to make sure I had up to date information for the restaurant and any restrictions they might have. I was informed by the customer service rep that the only restriction was that the $25 certificate had to be used for a purchase of $35 or more. The final bill was $46.79.Desired Settlement: The final bill was $46.79. I would like for the certificate to be honored and. Receive a refund for the difference, $21.79. I would also like their website to be updated with the correct information. So that this doesn't happen to someone else.
