Review: I hired Framesworks Dumbo to build a shadow box for a set of carnival mask from Italy. The time estimate was supposed to be 2 weeks. It took them over 2 months to build the frame and it was still not up to speck. After three meetings the finally finished the the box. Once I drought the frame home home it started to fall apart. Under closer examination we found the mask were attached by gaffing tape.The tape did not hold and the mask are no longer attached to back of the shadow box.There is some damage to one of the mask at this point.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund for the project and the removal of our property from the frame. We do not wish to do business with this organization.
