This business does not respond to emails and they NEVER answer their phone. I have been waiting a month for an item that has been paid for. I received one email saying the item would ship 15 days ago and it has not shipped. I received one return phone call and she had a problem looking up the order and said she would call me back in 5 minutes. That was 2 days ago. My next course of action will be to file a dispute with my [redacted] Fraud dept in hopes I can get my money refunded. I have ordered from them many times before and have always been extremely satisfied so it is extremely disappointing that I have to go these lengths just to get a response from them on this item. If there was a problem with the item, they could have just said so and I would have picked out something else. This is no way to treat good returning customers.
