I made 3 email requests for a refund and I got no response or refund.
On March 12th I ordered Dutchess sunglasses. I received something other than that and a note saying I could request a refund via email or keep the item for free while I wait on a back order of Dutchess to come it. I requested a refund on 4/23/2020, 6/6/2020, 6/10/2020 and never received it or a response.

Ordered glasses and never received them. No response to various emails sent
Ordered glasses on March 8 was told was on back order and never received glasses or refund. Sent several messages since I was told glasses on back order no response from company. Have been waiting for 2 months and no glasses received, no refund of money or response from company

2 novelty glasses/ products ordered f/ this vendor 3/9/20, they contacted me re: wrong item week later, I confirmed the correct product and sent my order number and pics of items I desired. I've have contacted them on several occasions and no response. I still do not have my order, it is 5/9/20! I've emailed NO RESPONSE f/ FrameHabits! My invoice was paid during order and deducted from my bank. I need my order and a response and I don't appreciate being ignored. There is no contact number to reach out to this vendor on an email that they will not response to.
I would like the delivery of my items. And explanation...... possibly a credit or something as this has completely inconvenienced me. I had plans for these items ordered.
I placed and fully paid for my order March 18th, I was told I will receive within 2 weeks. No one has responded to my inquiries for order # ***
order # *** was placed on 03/18/2020. I was told I will receive within two weeks. I send an email inquiry 04/04/2020, I did not receive a reply. I send another email 04/08/2020, still no response. I send another email 05/01/2020 and they've taken down their website with no forwarding information or contact phone number.
This company have not kept their end of the bargain without any courtesy to its customers and continue to ignore inquiries I would like a full refund please. Thank you.
I'm filing a complaint because I have emailed this company 3 times since March 31, 2020 & haven't received a response. Now, the website is no more
My complaint is that this company is a scam. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK OR THE PRODUCT THAT I PAID FOR. There website is now shut down, which explains why they do not respond to emails or calls.
I would like for the product to be delivered or for a full refund, if they can not deliver my product within the next 2 weeks.
I order some frames almost 2 months ago and was told like a month later they were out of stock. I chose to wait a lil longer because I was told they would be coming in soon. Then I was offered a different pair plus an extra pair. Today I have yet to receive anything! No refund and no frames!
This company Frame Habits took my money, and I never received my glasses, once I contacted them, I was told that my glasses was out of stock, and it was on back order.I asked for a refund.. I never got the refund. I have contacted the several times only to get NO RESPONSE
I ordered some glasses off of Frame Habits website in February. I have yet to receive merchandise.
In February, I placed an order with Frame Habits, for some glasses. I have yet to receive the order and it is now exactly 2 months later. I have reached out to the company 4 times and have not even received so much as a response back. It has been noted that Frame Habits, received and cashed payment for glasses,two days after purchase.
I would like the business to contact me with a reason for their inexcusable rude unprofessional treatment. I would also like my money returned!!! They do not deserve me as a customer, or my business!!
Never received my items.
Placed an order on 3-19-20, reached out 3-23-20 in regards to shipping, J. H responded usually takes 5-7 working days. On 3-27-20 J. H emailed me and stated the Duchess Frames are out of stock I responded I did not order those. I emailed again on 3-28-20 about shipping they responded they are a little behind with shipping. I email again on 4-1-20, 4-2-20 and 4-6-20 in regards to my order all 3 of those emails were unanswered. Today is 4-10-20 and still no response from the company and I still have not received my order.
I would like a FULL refund of $43.93
I received their product Feb 21 and emailed them a request for return/refund Feb 22. They responded that they would review it and get back to me and I have made multiple attempts and have not heard back. They are not honoring the refund policy.

Hi, the customer contacted us on February 22, 2020 requesting a refund for an order that she says she didn't like. The instructions to get her refund was sent on the same day (link to our return center), she did place s return request which was also approved on the same day it was placed.
This was the extent of contact attempts that the customer made up until today (March 4. 2020) at 8:22 AM
In order to process a refund the item must be returned as per our return policy, to date the item has not been returned therefore a refund has not been processed.
Attached is a screenshot of the conversations between the customer and our customer service team, giving her instructions on how to get a refund.
A screenshot of all the emails that match a query for the customer's reported contact attempts in our system, there are two emails one from FEB 22 the other From Today MAR 4, the other two matches are from a site review the customer made on the website and the customers approved return request.
There is an attachment of the approved return request of the customer.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I never received an email stating that the refund or return could be processed. I have asked for that email to be resent to me and have not yet heard back. Hello I received the link that they mentioned that was sent to me I would have returned the glasses weeks ago. I have asked them on their *** page and through email to resend that email to me that they are claiming they sent.
