On Friday, September ***, I placed an order with Fragrance On via their website. After placing my order, for 2 (two) Realm Men's Cologne Eau de Toilette Spray 3.4oz @ $19.17 each, for a total purchase price of $38.34. There was no charge for shipping. The suggested delivery time was between 1-2 business days. I received an e-mail from Fragrance On at 10:46AM, that my order was received and confirmed. Order ID #***.
On Tuesday, September ***, I decided to send a follow up e-mail to Fragrance On asking, "Would someone be kind enough and let me know when I can expect my order. Thank you." I received notification my e-mail was received and being reviewed by their support staff.
On Friday, September ***, since I hadn't heard back from anyone, I decided to call at 9:45AM, their customer service number at . It rang a couple of times then went dead. I followed up two more times and the same thing happened.
I also called my credit card company immediately after to advise them of the situation.

I ordered 1 X ETERNITY COLOGNE FOR MENS BY CALVIN KLEIN EDT SPRAY 3.4 OZ from FragranceOn.com on September *** 2017 and paid via credit card an amount of $28.99 including shipping cost which was $0 in this case, I tried to conta t them ove the phone number which was almost 7-8 times and also messaged on Twitter and Facebook. they have not responded and have not shipped the product yet.
I request you to please help me either get the product shipped from them or help me get the money back which I paid.
