I want a immediate refund without having to take time to find a box and send a product that you guys claimed real. You are stealing peoples money by falsely stating that your items are REAL, and not knockoffs. I'm prepared to get legal advice due to your false claims on your website, regarding your products. You and your business is STEALING the publics money!
"We only carry genuine brand name perfumes and colognes at the best possible low cheap prices. Absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs." this is a direct quote from your home page, may I have an explanation of why this is on there when it is clearly false?

The businesses response is non-responsive to my complaint. It states "This promotion does not provide the ability to give the customer the option to cancel the magazine on our website. Additionally, the only information transferred to M2M Media is name and address. Credit card information is not transmitted to them."My order was for perfumes and involved a wire transfer for perfumes that were never delivered. I do not know why their response concerns a magazine cancellation. I am still waiting for merchandise to be delivered which was paid for on February *, 2015. It has been 21 days.

Refund was issued on 12/**/2014. Can take up to 7 business days for customer's bank to refund her card. Please have customer check with her bank.
This package was shipped by [redacted] SMARTPOST which does not have [redacted] Tracking numbers. Additionally, once the package was handed off to the Post Office [redacted] would have no record of the package. As already stated, refund for non-receipt of package has been processed.
