Our AC went out last week so I called Floyd. He was able to come out the next day to check on the unit. It needed a few parts so he ordered them that day. he was able to get the parts in but one of the parts that was sent would not fit my type of AC unit. Floyd let me know right away that the correct part was on its way and it would only take an extra day. Even though it was completely not his fault that the wrong part was sent originally he insisted on lowering the original quote price because of the delay. My family and I could not have been more thankful for his help and professionalism to get everything fixed. I would recommend him to anyone and will surly call again in the future if need be.

Floyd was very professional and able to quickly troubleshoot multiple issues with our AC which were plaguing its performance and our electric bill. He also discovered a failing bearing which would have caused our AC unit to sieze if he hadn’t found it. Floyd has earned his spot as our family’s AC repair man.
