We have contacted a repair technician to look at the chair that was delivered to the customer. The technician has gone to the customers home and picked up her chair for repair. The chair will be delivered back out to the customer on Sept 15th, we will follow up with the customer as well as the Revdex.com once the chair is delivered back to the customer.

I am rejecting this response because:I paid for a warranty so I would not have to worry about the manufacturer's warranty. I waited for the replacement couch to be delivered and maybe 20 minutes after the main sofa broke. I have been waiting about 2 weeks for my "replacement" now. I do not trust the quality of the furniture from furniture row since I continue to get terrible results from a customer service and furniture stand point. I would still like a full refund of $2095.48.

I spoke to [redacted] and he was very reasonable but disappointed in the service from Great White. He has already moved on from our sofa and purchased from someone else to replace the sofa.  I asked what we could do at this point to try to make it right for him and he asked to have the $124 fee to...

be refunded to him which I agreed to do and he still had the original card so the refund has been processed and an email of the invoice sent to [redacted].  He was happy that we had called to contact him and that it would he would keep that in mind in the future.

I talked with [redacted] over the phone.  He is happy that I've reordered it and that we'll deliver it for free.  He's aware that the sofa is on a long back order but is happy enough he volunteered to remove the Revdex.com complaint.
