as my understanding we replaced the whole unit fuel pump and floater customer was very rude to my workers she was asking why it was taking to loong reason why the car car was dropped off over the weekend and we called difrent places nobody had the unit reason theres difrent pumps for this vehicle .and customer had someone called the shoP and start cursing atME first WE help[ her out on the price of the unit something like this we charge $parts and labor we get complaits of other shops taking advanted of women in this matter we always help the customer as you can see our ratings are A- BUT ITS PART OF THE BUSINESS WE CAN NOT KEEP EVERYONE HAPPY WHAT I CAN SEE SHE IS TRYING TO GET MONEY IT WONT BE THE FIRST TIME SOMEONE TRYS TO PULL A SCAM LIKE THIS AND THE FLOATER ARE SOLD SEPARATLY AT CARQUEST AND OTHER STORES .IF SHE WANTS HER UNIT BACK SHES GUNNA HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE ..THANKS

[redacted] is a liar. I didn't  ask for a discount.  I asked to get my emissions  problem fixed. He is incompetent failed to fixed the problem  broke the fuel pump he replaced. Failed to give me my old part back per my request , which is illegal. Was attempting  to tamper  with the wrong wire that needed replaced. Hell yeah I was rude, he deserved it.  I have pics and I will see him in court with a detailed  statement  of what was really wrong with my car.
