I put a deposit down on a cruise and was told that it was refundable and when I went to cancel they told me it wasn't.In may 2012 I put down money for a cruise in may 2013 for a friends wedding. The day that I went there to make the deposit down I asked how the refund policy worked and was told that if I canceled I would get a full refund. I then call and canceled in march 2013 and was told their not refunding my money back and when I asked to Speak to the manager I was told I had to call back. I then called back on two separate occasions and was told that she would have to look everything up and call me back. I was never called back and my receipts don't mention anything about my deposit being non-refundable. I even called my friends who planned the event threw Foxy Travel and they were also told deposit would be refunded to people who had to cancel. Desired SettlementI am just looking for my $300 deposit back.
