today I visited Joe's landscaping and nursery company with a most unpleasant experience I purchased about plants and shrubs from them on about April, of One of the Encore Azalea plants purchased of the was half deadThe others were thriving though all planted the same time I asked for an exchangeI was told because my landscaper had picked them up for me, he was the customer, not I I had the receipt I had selected the plants and he picked them up as he has a big truck They refused to exchange although I had the receipt and the plant with me They said he would have to come and talk to them When I checked with him he said they refused to honor the one yrguarantee the last time he tried to get a replacement plant and they had required him to actually repurchase it and eat his cost on the first oneThis is ludicrous I had the plant, they will simply return it to the distributor/grower for a credit What horrible customer service I spent a lot of money with them, $total, but will never go back again
