Revdex.com spoke with the representative from the business who stated that the item ordered was a pre-order item, and was set to ship on September 1. She stated that unfortunately the order item was set up incorrectly on the vendors part, and the order was cancelled on October 6 by the vendor and refunded...

Review: Ordered 2 shirts for Mothers' Day gifts. Both came. Exchanged both for larger size. One came in, one did not. After repeated emails, second one finally came in June but it was the same size as originally. Sent the second one back immediately, according to package directions and have not yet received replacement. I emailed again in July and received an email giving me a tracking number. This was the tracking # for the shirt shipped in June which I sent back. I emailed this information again and received another email with the same tracking number and date. I cannot even get a phone number to contact an individual.Desired Settlement: At this point I would settle for a refund.

Review: On 12/07/15 I placed order# [redacted] and was told that it would be delivered by 12/14/15. My order has yet to be delivered. I have sent in 3 inquiries #[redacted] . I have not received a call or email response as of yet. I called the center and spoke with a [redacted] who assured me that my order would ship on 12/22/15 but it still has not as of 12/29/15. I have checked and the shirt is in stock and currently selling for $10.00 less than what I paid for it. Please helpDesired Settlement: I would like a complete refund and a delivery of my order along with an apology for all the trouble I have been through. If this cannot be arranged just a refund in full of all monies paid would be appreciated.
